If you want to know about the long-term effects of MMS on your body, read on. This article is about that, and we do often know that MMS, used long-term, can induce nausea, but you might be surprised to know that this supplement can induce inflammation as well. And in fact, inflammation that’s only present briefly can actually be a benefit, because over the short term, it can increase blood flow to the tissues and give extra nutritional support to tissues and organs that need to heal. This is absolutely fine and even necessary over a short period of time, but if your immune response is not sufficient to destroy diseased tissue or invading microbes, inflammation can become long-lasting and actually damage the body instead of helping it. It’s a known fact that many of today’s chronic diseases are in fact driven at least in part in part by inflammation.
Chlorine dioxide actually works very effectively in killing microbes because it’s a powerful oxidizer. Substances that perform oxidization within the body generally give you a strong immune response, which is why inflammation often happens — and why it may actually be necessary if you’re healing. Inflammation is your body’s way to expedite the healing process by giving additional nutritional support where you need it, and can also remove wastes after the fact. And of course, none of us likes to experience inflammation, because it can be very unpleasant indeed. However, short-term inflammation may very well be necessary to maintain good health. What’s unfortunate about this is that modern medicine actually sees the inflammation as only a bad thing. Modern medicine treats pathology by suppressing the inflammation response, often by using anti-inflammatory medications given to suppress inflammation, which is nature’s way of dealing with disease and healing.
As we age, chronic diseases become more common in general, and any chronic pathology will deplete the body’s natural antioxidant supplies. If one takes MMS over a prolonged period of time, this is usually exacerbated even further. Thus, as you can probably assume, you should supplement with additional antioxidant nutrition and supplementation while you consume MMS. You should consume additional antioxidants separately from MMS, because of their consumed too closely together, each will cancel the other out. Therefore, you can take, for example, MMS before breakfast and just before bedtime, and then take your antioxidants more toward the middle of the day.
This applies to antioxidants no matter whether taken in the form of supplementation or from your food. Vitamins C, E and B complex, as well as supplements like grape seed extract and coenzyme Q10 are also valuable. And finally, foods that are rich in antioxidants include the spice turmeric, berries, green tea, polyunsaturated oils, and fresh fruit. All of these things are best taken several hours either before or after you consume MMS. Ascorbic acid is also a very powerful supplement to protect structures within your body like your eyes, brain and heart. When you take vitamin C, make sure you take it at least one or two hours either before or after you take MMS, because the chlorine dioxide molecule will neutralize any effects you want to get from these antioxidants.
If you have an overdose of sodium chlorite, you can take a large volume of clean potable water and mix it with ascorbic acid; consume this over a period of two hours, which is the most effective way to neutralize chlorine dioxide as a compound. If you need further measures for relief, you can induce yourself to vomit and therefore get rid of anything left in your stomach.
As you can see, too much of anything is not a good thing, and this can be said also of the miracle mineral supplement. So take heed, and remember that health is a multifaceted consideration, but with diligence and time, the body always strives for equilibrium, thus allowing health to return.
