Have you experienced of keeping some things in your life that you want to get rid but seems to cling to it, because you don’t want to or don’t know how to do it?

Some are useless junk which we can’t wait to get rid off and some are useless but they once cost a lot so we don’t want to throw them away. The secret: throw something out everyday. Better yet, don’t buy and keep things just because they look good and attractive to the eyes but in the long run, they end up being kept inside the closet or under the drawers. See how much money we could have saved if we only focus on important things

This will be a serious stress reliever (and good for your adrenal fatigue nutrition) because you got rid of something which will eventually get in the way of whatever it is that you’re chasing. Also, it teaches you how to let go easily. So when stressful things happen to you, you won’t dwell in its misery anymore because you have learned how to let go.

Know the poem “One Art” by Elizabeth Bishop? Here are a few very meaningful lines: “The art of losing is not hard to master, so many things seem to be filled with intent of loss that their loss is no disaster. Lose something everyday. Accept the fluster of lost door keys, the hour badly spent. The art of losing is not hard to master. Then practice losing farther, losing faster.”

It basically encourages you to learn how to let go easily and live minimally. Remember, less is more. Well, for stress avoidance, you should, but be sure you don’t throw away those adrenal fatigue supplements!

Pamela Adams is a stress consultant who specializes in adrenal fatigue. She helps those that are overwhelmed with stress related to work, school, or family to manage and beat the negative affects of stress by proper nutrition, exercise, and adrenal fatigue supplements.
