During the holidays, what we really want to do is to relax, unwind and just forget about work and all other things that bother us. However, some things are just inevitable especially if you’re a family guy. There are just a lot of things to prepare for the holidays such as food and gifts. Moreover, ’tis the season of school and family reunions, endless parties and gatherings, thus, making our schedule all the more hectic.
For those who are not prepared and don’t see adrenal stress coming, instead of feeling festive, they usually find themselves exhausted. At the end of the day, they don’t really get to enjoy the holidays because they were bogged down by their usual duties. Don’t sweat!
