Are you addicted to coffee and needed that to jump start your body? Many of us are doing all that we can to feel that boost of energy to do the things that we need to do. That is why there are caf stores that sprung up in cities that have lots of young professionals to keep them on their toes.

Many of us need coffee to be productive. But caffeine doesn’t only exist in coffee. You could also find it in chocolate bars, apples, teas and colas. There are also energy drinks that have a high caffeine content that is developed in the market. They thought that having to drink coffee and other energy drinks can replace adrenal fatigue supplements. This is a common misconception, but instead, too much of taking in caffeine can be damaging to your adrenal fatigue nutrition. Although they give you that energy to start your morning, but it also have it setbacks.

Also, a lot of energy drinks are being developed in the market and they are gaining popularity even among students who just want to have extra energy to stay up all night studying. These energy drinks are sometimes thought to replace adrenal fatigue supplements, but really, they don’t do anything for your adrenal fatigue nutrition. They just give a quick jolt of alertness and energy in the short term but then there are a lot of drawbacks.

Caffeine just gives a temporary supply of energy but later on, it will give you a certain “crash” and that’s when you feel all the postponed exhaustion. It will hit you like an avalanche, like, perhaps, when you’re in bed and ready to sleep. You will feel like your tiredness has accumulated. Sometimes you may even palpitate and have migraines when you take those energy drinks or other caffeine products too often.

The better ways to really boost your energy is by eating right and get the right amount of sleep. This will let you feel rejuvenated. Cut down the intake of coffee and start living right.

During the holidays, what we really want to do is to relax, unwind and just forget about work and all other things that bother us. However, some things are just inevitable especially if you’re a family guy. There are just a lot of things to prepare for the holidays such as food and gifts. Moreover, ’tis the season of school and family reunions, endless parties and gatherings, thus, making our schedule all the more hectic.

For those who are not prepared and don’t see adrenal stress coming, instead of feeling festive, they usually find themselves exhausted. At the end of the day, they don’t really get to enjoy the holidays because they were bogged down by their usual duties. Don’t sweat! Everybody deserves to be happy and relaxed during the holiday season. So for the Christmas just coming around the corner, take a breather once in a while.

With all the holiday preparations getting a little bit tough, the results will not just affect the output of your work but it may lead to adrenal fatigue as well, requiring you to take adrenal fatigue supplements on a regular basis. These will sure work to protect you from free radicals that may leave you all stressed out during the busy season.

If you have a free afternoon, spend it like luxury. Get a spa treatment, a salon makeover, or simply catch up on sleep. These things keep you sane during such a hectic time and gives you time to at least savor the yuletide spirit.

Always remember to not compromise your health with adrenal fatigue. Preparing for the holidays may get a little bit tough but this doesn’t totally mean that you have to give all of your time to work. And lastly, prevention is always better than cure so you’d better drink those adrenal fatigue supplements regularly. Don’t keep them hiding inside the shelves, drink up and breeze the holidays gracefully without stress.

She usually works with parents with small children and help them manage and beat the negative affects of stress by proper nutrition, exercise, and adrenal fatigue supplements.

Have you experienced of keeping some things in your life that you want to get rid but seems to cling to it, because you don't want to or don't know how to do it?

Have you experienced of keeping some things in your life that you want to get rid but seems to cling to it, because you don’t want to or don’t know how to do it?

Some are useless junk which we can’t wait to get rid off and some are useless but they once cost a lot so we don’t want to throw them away. The secret: throw something out everyday. Better yet, don’t buy and keep things just because they look good and attractive to the eyes but in the long run, they end up being kept inside the closet or under the drawers. See how much money we could have saved if we only focus on important things

This will be a serious stress reliever (and good for your adrenal fatigue nutrition) because you got rid of something which will eventually get in the way of whatever it is that you’re chasing. Also, it teaches you how to let go easily. So when stressful things happen to you, you won’t dwell in its misery anymore because you have learned how to let go.

Know the poem “One Art” by Elizabeth Bishop? Here are a few very meaningful lines: “The art of losing is not hard to master, so many things seem to be filled with intent of loss that their loss is no disaster. Lose something everyday. Accept the fluster of lost door keys, the hour badly spent. The art of losing is not hard to master. Then practice losing farther, losing faster.”

It basically encourages you to learn how to let go easily and live minimally. Remember, less is more. Well, for stress avoidance, you should, but be sure you don’t throw away those adrenal fatigue supplements!
