Canker sores are breakages in the flesh inside the mouth. These sores can be very painful especially when you are eating or brushing your teeth.

Get some yogurt which has acidophilus. Acidophilus helps to speed the recovery time of canker sores by improving your immune system.

You can buy sprays or creams that can soothe the pain of canker sores. Usually you can find these at pharmacies and they do not require prescriptions.

Do not wait until your canker sores become big and painful. As soon as you feel it coming on, starting doing all the above mentioned procedures to halt it in its tracks.
